At our butchers we produce all of our homemade products from flavoured sausages to a large selection of fresh pies. Our Hereford Cross beef comes locally from Ludlow market and is matured in our dry aged fridge until it is at its best.

All of our meat at Gladwins butchers is local. All of our pork that we sell including our sausages and faggots all comes from free-range pigs from Packington pork.
All of our beef at comes from Ludlow Livestock market. The Hereford Cross beef is then dry aged in our special dry ageing fridge which helps it mature in a controlled environment, enhancing its flavour.
